Passport Project DUE TUESDAY 9/19/17 (tomorrow)

Hola Chicos!


I appreciate all of the sweet hugs and kind words about me being out last week (Thursday-Friday).  My grandmother has been having some health issues and I appreciate your kindness in many of you asking how she is doing. 


Since I was out, I will give a one day extension on the Passport Project.  Here are the requirements on the paper that I gave you on Wednesday. 




Un Intercambio (Language Exchange Program)


Directions:  You will be traveling to a Spanish speaking country and living with a local family to learn more about the language and culture.  You will create a passport that will include various features.

Table of Contents (Contenidos)


Pg. 1-El País y La Nacionalidad-(list what people are called from this country)


*El Mapa (con el capital)


*La población (population)


*La Bandera (Flag)


Pg. 2-El Transporte-List the way you will get around (2-3 Ways to get around, include word and pic)


Pg. 3-Las Cosas en mi Maleta (Things in my suitcase)


              *Include 5-10 Items that you will pack.


              *Include the words and pictures of the items.


Pg. 4-La Conversación (at least 5 sentences)


              *Include a Sample Conversation that you will have with your family.


              *Include questions in the Tú and Usted form for full credit.


Pg. 5-Cosas Interesantes (Interesting Facts)


              *Non-native speakers:  Include 2-3 interesting facts about your city/country.


              *Native speakers:  Include 2-3 sentences about why you choose this city/country.
