Las Posadas Song

Unit 2 Study Guide  (Due tomorrow-Thursday 12/14/17)

I.                     Matching:                                                                                                                                                   All vocabulary under “La clase”, “Verbos”, “Dias de la semana”, and “Palabras Adicionales – question words.” This vocabulary is all in your graphic organizer for Unit 2. Also, you can find it on page 76 of your Descubre 1 Textbook.

II.                   Prepositions – Location vocabulary words such as under, in front of, between, next to, etc.

III.                 Reading – you will read a student’s schedule and answer to questions based on this information; therefore, it is important for you to know your vocabulary.

IV.                –AR  Verbos – Know how to modify your verb and add the appropriate endings to the verb stem based on your subject pronouns (yo, tú, él, ella, Ud., nosotros(as), ellos(as), Uds. ) - Remember the song: -O  -AS  -A   -AMOS  -AN

V.                   Estar (The other verb To be in Spanish) – One of the uses of Estar is to express location of objects and people. Know the 5 conjugations of Estar:  Estoy, estás, está, estamos, están.
